Is the price I see under each product picture for one item, or for the amount displayed in the picture?
The prices listed under each product is for only one item. We often show multiple quantities of each product to highlight the slight variations associated with the handmade, artisan nature of our products.

What are your payment options?

Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes, we do! We offer Gift Certificates in the amount of $25, $50, and $100. Cash only.
Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
Yes, we offer Gift Wrapping for all products in every order. Please let us know in advance if your purchase is a gift that your would like to have wrapped. We also offer Gift Cards and Gift Tag Customization.
What is your Order Processing Time?
We try to keep our order processing time to 1-3 business days when we are not in the midst of a release. During a big inventory release, the order processing time can extend up to 10 business days. Know that we will always try to get orders out much faster than that and we are generally successful. Our goal is to have all initial orders shipped within one week.
If I am local, can I pick up my order?
Yes, if you are local you can call us to place an order and avoid having to pay shipping and handling. We can accept payments over the phone and schedule a pick up time.
Do you accept Custom Orders?
Yes, we do accept Custom Orders! Please call us to place an order. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Custom orders require a much longer process time as we have to order supplies, make the product, and allow time for curing before we can package and ship your custom order. Custom Orders will vary in price depending on product type, size, quantity, and custom ingredients. Please call customer service for more details.
What is your return policy?
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Ship the items back within: 14 days of delivery.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Opened or Used Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
*Conditions of return: If the item is not returned unopened and in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
How do I properly care for my Products?
Store your soaps in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. When using your soap, be sure to allow your soap to dry between uses. Do not allow soap to sit in water. Handcrafted soaps contain natural glycerin which is a humectant. This is what makes handcrafted soap so delightful to use. However, it does draw moisture to it so it needs to be cared for properly. We recommend a plastic or stainless steel soap saver soap dish insert. Handcrafted soap will continue to weigh less over time. This is because the water remaining in the soap will continue to evaporate. This leaves you with a finer, longer lasting soap bar. Handcrafted soap will get better with age, however the scent and colors may fade over time. It's best to use your soap one year from purchase.
Our products are not edible. Be aware of ingredients that you may have problems with. Discontinue use and consult a physician if irritation occurs.
